  • Malaysia: 2nd week of every month

  • Singapore: 3rd week of odd months (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov)

  • United States: 3rd week of even months  (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec)

  • China: 4th week of odd months  (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov)

  • Dubai (UAE): 4th week of even months  (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec)
